Asparagus with Zucchini and buffalo mozarella

For some time now, I try to eat as little carbs in the evening as possible and also I bought a steamer, which makes it easy to get your veggies ready without oil and without the loss of the vitamins through cooking.

DSCF2984-14Only eating vegetables can get a little boring, so let’s make it seasonal and eat some green asparagus.

Ingredients for one person:

  • Handful of green asparagus
  • half a Zucchini
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • half a buffalo mozarella

Cut the veggies like you want them and steam them like in the picture above (not the garlic) with approx. 200-300 ml (the water musn’t touch the sieve).


When done, through it all with chopped garlic and some oil into a hot pan.

DSCF2977-11Sprinkle some salt and pepper, let fry for about 5 minutes and garnish with the mozarella.
