For some time now, I try to eat as little carbs in the evening as possible and also I bought a steamer, which makes it easy to get your veggies ready without oil and without the loss of the vitamins through cooking.
Ingredients for one person:
- Handful of green asparagus
- half a Zucchini
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- half a buffalo mozarella
Cut the veggies like you want them and steam them like in the picture above (not the garlic) with approx. 200-300 ml (the water musn’t touch the sieve).
When done, through it all with chopped garlic and some oil into a hot pan.
Sprinkle some salt and pepper, let fry for about 5 minutes and garnish with the mozarella.
