Gesunder Kichererbsen-Snack / Easy and healthy chickpea-snack

English Version below
——————————–

Sometimes you want to have a great snack, but not stuff yourself with unhealthy chips, where even mostly the idea of eating them is better than actually eating them.

Almonds are too expensive atm, vegetable chips take too long to make, and raw veggies or fruits are not doing it.

So here it is: A guilt free snack, chickpeas out of the oven. Really tasty, fast and easy made in about 20 minutes and also a source of protein and fibers. What more could you want?

For 3-4 people
you need:

  • 500g of chickpeas in a tin
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 3 tbsp Olive-oil
  • turmeric
  • black cumin (seeds)
  1. Preheat the oven on 150°C
  2. put all ingredients in a bowl and mix them, spread it all on a baking tray with a baking sheet and let bake for 20 mins. After 10 minutes stir it all
  3. Let cool a bit and eat it
  4. Enjoy :).

Better make sure to eat the chickpeas directly on the day you make them or latest the day after, otherwise they will get to hard and aren’t that tasty anymore.
